I understand I can gift one Additional massage per month, not any more than that. Any additional after that are full price.
* This monthly membership is a 12-month commitment. All accumulated massages will be forfeited when membership ends. To cancel your membership, you must fully complete the official Mass Mobile cancellation form before membership ends; which can be scanned and emailed or mailed USPS. If membership is cancelled less than a year after your membership sign up date there is a one month cancellation fee of your membership price. If I cancel the automatic recurring charge without filling out the cancellation form I understand that the membership ends and all accumulated massages and privileges are forfeited.
